On September 1, Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. received the Letter of Acceptance for the EPC turnkey project of two 1,500‑ton cement silos and a conveying system from Ras Al Khaimah Cement Company (RAKCC). This win marks another important achievement in the company’s continued efforts to deepen its presence in the UAE market and advance localized operations.

Established in 1995, RAKCC is a leading local cement producer in the UAE, offering a wide range of products including Portland cement, sulfate‑resistant cement, oil‑well cement and other varieties, and holds considerable influence in the regional cement market. As early as 2016, Sinoma Energy Conservation built a waste heat recovery power plant for RAKCC’s cement production line, which has been operating reliably and stably since commissioning. Over the subsequent years, the company has been providing full‑cycle operation and maintenance services, including inspection, repair and spare parts supply, earning full recognition and high praise from the client for its solid technical expertise and quality service.

For the newly awarded project, Sinoma Energy Conservation will fully leverage its engineering know‑how and integrated project execution strengths to deliver a full‑process EPC turnkey solution covering design, procurement, construction and commissioning, ensuring high‑quality implementation of the project.

Throughout the project development, the local team of Sinoma Energy Conservation Dubai Branch played a key supporting role, participating in the entire process from early market research and commercial negotiations to contract finalisation.

As a key regional hub in Sinoma Energy Conservation’s global expansion, the Dubai Branch has long been deeply rooted in the Middle East market. Relying on the company’s core technologies and engineering capabilities, it has completed six EPC power plant projects in the UAE and established a comprehensive spare parts warehousing and supply network in neighbouring countries, continuously consolidating the foundation for localized operations. This effectively supports the Group’s internationalisation strategy and facilitates the further development and consolidation of overseas business.
