Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. Accelerates Digital Transformation via Three-System Operational Upgrade

Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. held a special kick-off meeting on July 24, 2026 to roll out the operational upgrade of its digital transformation Three-System framework, a core initiative deployed by parent company China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. (CNBM). The move marks a critical shift from system construction to sustained operational excellence, supporting the company’s data-driven, high-quality development.
Guided by CNBM’s 2026 “335” development framework and the principle of “30% construction, 70% operation,” Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. will complete standardized process adaptation across four key business domains—human resources, procurement and supply chain, capital investment, and digital management—in July, before transitioning to regular long-term operations from August to December.

Mr. Wang Yulin, Chief Data Officer of CNBM and Director of the CNBM Group Digital Management Center, recognized the company’s solid progress in foundation building and pilot innovation. He encouraged Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. to leverage its professional advantages and develop replicable best practices to support the Group-wide digital management system.

“Standardized digital transformation initiative is essential for strengthening management, unlocking the value of data, and enhancing our market competitiveness,” said Mr. Liu Xin, President of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. “We are fully committed to driving refined operations across all business domains and empowering our sustainable growth in the global energy conservation and environmental protection market.”Going beyond the Group’s standard requirements, Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. has proactively expanded the initiative to include safety and environmental protection management as well as financial management—addressing critical governance gaps and strengthening overall operational and risk control capabilities.
To ensure a solid start, the company will conduct an intensive operational special campaign from July 27 to 31, combining on-site and online efforts, with professional training and process standardization activities to lay a strong foundation for long-term efficient operations. This upgrade further integrates systems, processes, data, and IT infrastructure, enabling Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. to deliver more efficient and standardized energy conservation and environmental protection services to clients worldwide.
