Intelligent Asbestos-Free Fiber Cement Board Line Officially Commissioned in Russia

Located in Sterlitamak, an important industrial city in the Republic of Bashkortostan, Russia, the project serves as a key local industrial upgrading initiative. Emir Shaimardanov, Head of Sterlitamak City Administration, and Alexander Borisov, Deputy Minister of Construction and Architecture of the Republic of Bashkortostan, attended the commissioning ceremony, together with senior management of the project owner and representatives of core partners, witnessing a new milestone for in-depth China-Russia cooperation in the building materials industry.
The newly commissioned production line features independent overall design and full in-house R&D and manufacturing of complete equipment. Equipped with the world's first asbestos-free core process system for fiber cement board production, the line realizes full-process automated and intelligent production, achieving a key technological breakthrough in the industry. Compared with traditional processes, this innovative technology significantly optimizes the physical and mechanical properties of boards, greatly improving product strength, frost resistance and long-term durability, and elevating overall product quality standards to a new level. Featuring outstanding comprehensive performance, the high-quality fiber cement boards produced by the project are widely adaptable to various scenarios. They can be extensively used in residential buildings, industrial plants and other construction projects in frigid regions, precisely catering to Russia’s complex climatic conditions and local market demands with broad application prospects.

The Head of Sterlitamak City Administration spoke highly of the project. He commented that the official operation of the production line is a landmark event for the local building materials industry. Adopting a green, efficient and intelligent modern production model, the project has established a new benchmark factory for modern standardized green building materials in the region. It effectively addresses the shortfall in local high-end building materials production capacity and robustly empowers the regional construction industry toward transformation, upgrading, and green, high-quality development.

The project delivers full-chain, integrated and customized engineering services throughout the entire construction cycle, covering overall plant planning, core process R&D and design, customized development of special equipment, complete equipment manufacturing, on-site installation and commissioning, as well as subsequent operation and maintenance support.
