Recently, the Science, Technology and Industrial Development Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development officially announced the list of building materials suitable for "Good Housing" construction (2026). After rigorous review, the "Prefabricated Calcium Silicate Board Integrated Wall Panels" (hereinafter referred to as "Integrated Wall Panels") developed by Sinoma Energy Conservation (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma Energy Conservation Wuhan") were successfully selected. The product is planned to be included in the "Good Materials" Selection Guide for "Good Housing" Construction (2026) and added to the national promotion catalog, becoming a nationally certified preferred material for "Good Housing" construction.

The construction of "Good Housing" has been incorporated into the recommendations of the 15th Five-Year Plan. It is an important initiative to promote high-quality development of the housing industry, foster a new development pattern, and fulfill the people's aspiration for a better life. The successful selection of these Integrated Wall Panels not only affirms Sinoma Energy Conservation's industry-leading level in building energy-saving materials and their adaptability to people's livelihoods, but also vividly demonstrates Sinoma Energy Conservation Wuhan's response to the upgrading of housing demand. It continuously promotes the deep integration of green building materials with high-quality residential housing and "Good Housing" construction, facilitating the transition from "having a place to live" to "living in quality homes."

Safe, Durable, Green & Eco-friendly – Building the Foundation for Quality Living

The prefabricated integrated wall panels use Class A fire-resistant calcium silicate boards and Class A fire-resistant decorative panels as core materials, providing an efficient, eco-friendly, and fire-resistant integrated interior wall solution.

Factory Prefabrication, On-Site Assembly – Improving Construction Efficiency

The construction method is dry installation. The core lies in the industrial model of "factory prefabrication + on-site assembly." Panels, keels, connectors, etc., are all standardized and produced in the factory. On-site, there is no need for plastering, puttying, painting, or other wet work. Only a few workers are needed to follow standard procedures. The construction process is not affected by weather or curing periods. The next steps can begin immediately after installation, offering significant advantages especially in winter or high-humidity environments. The construction period is more than 50% faster than traditional methods.

Customizable Designs, Easy Maintenance – Adapting to Diverse Needs

Compared to traditional wall finishes, the integrated wall panels offer greater design flexibility and longer service life. Over a hundred surface finishes – including wood grain, stone grain, fabric grain, leather grain, and solid colors – can be customized in the factory. Curved, irregular, and other personalized shapes are also supported. The panels feature rich colors, realistic textures, and easy cleaning. Their surface abrasion resistance exceeds 6,000 revolutions, withstanding frequent scraping and impact. They remain like new after long-term use and require no secondary renovation after installation, reducing overall lifecycle costs.
