Meng Qinglin Visits Key Clients in Singapore and Malaysia and Inspects Local Operations
Deepening Cooperation for Win-Win Development
From 26th to 27th March, Mr. Meng Qinglin, Chairman of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd., and Vice President Zuo Dayong led a delegation to Singapore and Malaysia for business visits and research. The trip aimed to further the Company's overseas strategy and high-quality Belt and Road cooperation.
26th March – Strengthening Partnership with Nava Group on Benchmark PV Project

In Singapore, Mr. Meng met with Mr. Ashwin Devineni, Managing Director of Nava Group. Both sides discussed the progress and future cooperation on the 100MW Maamba PV project in Zambia, agreeing to establish a more efficient communication mechanism to jointly explore broader markets.
Mr. Meng thanked Nava Group for its long-term trust and support, reaffirming Sinoma's commitment to high-quality, on-schedule delivery and its professional advantages in clean energy. Mr. Devineni praised Sinoma's capabilities, calling the project a landmark for Zambia's clean energy strategy and expressing hope for expanded cooperation.
27th March – Engaging with Leading Southeast Asian Companies to Expand Green Energy Cooperation

The delegation visited Hume Cement Group in Malaysia and met with General Manager Mr. Chin Kok Seong and CFO Mr. Cheah Kok Min. Mr. Meng learned about the progress of the 18MW cement WHR project undertaken by Sinoma, stressing strict quality control and on-time delivery. Mr. Chin welcomed the delegation and highly affirmed the project's steady progress.
The delegation then met Dato' Sri Michael Yeoh, President of YTL Cement Group, in Kuala Lumpur. Both sides reviewed over 20 years of cooperation and exchanged views on green transition and energy efficiency, reaching broad consensus on further cooperation.

A friendly meeting was also held with Mr. Hairol Azizi Tajudin, General Manager of CIMA Cement, and Ms. Khor Khai Nee, Deputy GM & CFO. Both sides reviewed the successful completion of the 16.5MW WHR project. Mr. Meng stated Sinoma will continue to provide full life-cycle technical support and looked forward to deepening cooperation in future upgrades.
27th March – Strengthening Local Operations in Malaysia

On the morning of 27th March, Mr. Meng visited Sinoma Energy Conservation Industrial & Engineering (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., encouraging the team and hearing a work report. The meeting summarized achievements in local market development, project delivery, after-sales service center operations, and financial management.
Mr. Meng fully affirmed the team's results in cost optimization and profitability. He emphasized that Malaysia is a core market, and the team should advance local operations, rely on the ASEAN Service Center, strengthen project delivery and safety, optimize resources, and consolidate achievements to support healthy overseas business growth.
This visit further consolidated cooperation with key clients in Southeast Asia and clarified the development path for the Malaysia subsidiary. Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. will continue its green development philosophy, steadily advance internationalization, and build more overseas benchmark projects to serve the Belt and Road Initiative.
