Navoi Region Governor Leads Delegation to Visit Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd.
Deepening Cooperation for Win-Win Development

On 15th March, Tursunov Normat, Governor of Navoi Region, Uzbekistan, led a government delegation to visit Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. Meng Qinglin, Chairman of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd., warmly received Governor Tursunov and his delegation. The two sides held in-depth discussions on green energy transition, environmental protection, resource development, and circular economy. Gafarov Elbek, Deputy Governor of Navoi Region, and Zuo Dayong, Vice President of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. and Chairman & General Manager of its International Investment Company, accompanied the meeting.

During the talks, Meng Qinglin expressed sincere gratitude to the Navoi Regional Government for its long-term care and support to Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. He briefly introduced the development overview and business layout of China National Building Material Group Corporation, as well as the main business, core technological strengths, and business development in Uzbekistan of Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. He stated that Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. has already carried out a series of cooperative projects in Navoi Region, forging a profound friendship between the two sides. As the Belt and Road Initiative is moving towards a new stage of high-quality development, Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. will take this exchange as a new opportunity to further strengthen cooperation with the Navoi Regional Government, deepen communication, accelerate the implementation of key projects, continuously expand cooperation fields, and jointly create a new situation of mutual benefit and common development.

Governor Tursunov highly commended the comprehensive strength of China National Building Material Group Corporation and fully affirmed the development achievements already made and the key projects currently being implemented by China National Building Material Group Corporation and Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. in Uzbekistan. He pointed out that the Navoi Green and Low-carbon Project invested by Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd., as well as other implemented energy-saving renovation projects, new material projects like calcium silicate boards, core equipment supply for regional waste-to-energy projects, and traditional waste heat recovery projects, have all received positive responses locally and have been highly praised by Uzbek government leaders on multiple occasions. Governor Tursunov highlighted that Navoi Region boasts abundant mineral resources, favorable tax policies, and comprehensive infrastructure. He expressed the expectation to deepen cooperation with Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. in areas such as green energy supply, ecological environmental protection, resource development, and circular utilization, seizing new opportunities to continuously broaden cooperation fields, elevate cooperation levels, and achieve a higher level of mutual benefit and win-win results.

During the meeting, Governor Tursunov and his delegation visited the exhibition hall of China National Building Material Group Corporation.
