Meng Qinglin Holds Talks with Aung Zaw Naing, CEO of Shwe Taung Group

On the morning of August 29th, Meng Qinglin, Chairman of Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited, warmly received a delegation led by Aung Zaw Naing in Tianjin. Aung Zaw Naing serves as the CEO of Shwe Taung Group, President of the Myanmar Cement Manufacturers Association, and a Central Executive Committee Member of the Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI). The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions on further deepening cooperation. Liu Xin, President of Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited, also participated in the meeting.



Meng Qinglin began by expressing his sincere gratitude to Shwe Taung Group for its consistent recognition and support of Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited. He provided a detailed introduction to the fundamental situation of China National Building Material Group, as well as Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited's business scope, technological advantages, and operations in Myanmar. He emphasized that Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited has always placed great importance on its business cooperation with Shwe Taung Group. Through several successfully completed benchmark projects, the two parties have established profound mutual commercial trust. Guided by the Group's "Overseas Decade Re-creation" strategy and under a global vision, Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited is committed to deepening localized operations, continuously strengthening synergistic cooperation with Shwe Taung Group. The company aims to provide globally leading engineering solutions to meet the diverse energy needs of the local market, jointly creating a new phase of mutually beneficial development and contributing to the elevation of friendly cooperation between the two countries.



Aung Zaw Naing expressed his appreciation for the strong support and long-term dedication of the Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited team to the Myanmar market over the years. He introduced the business situation of Shwe Taung Group, the demand in the local energy and materials markets, and the development direction of the cement industry. He also provided a brief overview of current concerns regarding Myanmar's political and commercial environment, as well as related industrial and financial policies. He stated that Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited, as a listed company under China National Building Material Group specializing in energy conservation and environmental protection industries, possesses significant technological advantages. Its international market strategy aligns closely with Myanmar's national development strategy. He expressed hope that both sides would continue to explore cooperative potential, promote complementary advantages, expand the scope of cooperation, and jointly write a new chapter in China-Myanmar development.


Following the talks, Aung Zaw Naing, accompanied by Meng Qinglin and others, visited the corporate exhibition hall of Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited.
