Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited Malaysia CIMA (NSCI) Waste Heat Power Project Successfully Obtained PAC Certificate
Recently, CIMA (NSCI) Waste Heat Power Generation Project in Malaysia, which is general contracted by Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited, has successfully obtained the PAC certificate.

CIMA project is located in Makow town, Negeri Sembilan state, Malaysia, and the owner is NEGERI SEMBILAN CEMENT INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD.(hereinafter referred to as NSCI), a subsidiary of Malaysia CIMA Group. The project is to build a waste heat power generation project for NSCI's two existing cement production lines (4,000t/d for the first line and 5,000t/d for the second line), with an installed power of 16.5MW.
The CIMA project commenced on October 25, 2022, and passed the performance assessment on February 28, 2025. Since the project was put into operation, the unit has operated safely and stably, and the main performance indexes have reached or been better than the contract requirements, which has achieved good economic benefits for NSCI, which issued a PAC certificate for the project to Sinoma Energy Conservation Limited on June 19, 2025.

At the meeting, both sides reviewed the construction history of the project and communicated on further deepening cooperation. Both sides said that they will always take mutual trust as the basis, take win-win cooperation as the goal, realize resource sharing and complement each other's strengths in the common collaboration, and work together to open up a new situation for future development.
