Sinoma EC Received PAC for Its Two Projects in India

At the beginning of new year, both the 9MW WHR power generation project of DURG and the 4.5MW WHR power generation renovation project of SDCCL have been successfully handed over and received the PAC. So far, Sinoma EC, after overcame numerous difficulties in the WHR power generation project market in India, has completed 6 sets of WHR power plants for ACC Gagal, Heidelbergcement Damoh, Emami Cement, Udaipur Cement, My Home Cement and J.K. Lakshmi Cement respectively in EPC mode, and all of the above projects have been put into operation and received high praise by the Clients, which manifests the technological and equipment level of China in the field of energy-saving and emission-reduction.

The WHR power plant project of DURG utilized the excessive heat of its 5000t/d cement production line of DURG under J.K. Lakshmi in India, and is running stably, in safe and reliable conditions, with each index reached the contractual requirements, and obtained the acceptance and compliment by the Client.

SDCCL WHR power plant project is the renovation project undertaken by Sinoma EC, which is for the SDCCL cement factory under SHREE group, India, and the power plant was previously built by one local company but could not run continuously ever since it was put into operation for a long term, and of lower power output. Sinoma EC carried diagnosis and renovation on its operation problems and put forward with optimization and renovation proposal, only in 3 months, the renovation has been completed. After that, the power plant is running stably, with improved running efficiency, and the power output has been largely increased, which creates fine economic profit and social benefit for the Client, and has received sufficient acceptance.

During the execution of the two projects, the project teams of Sinoma EC overcame the high temperature, rainy and long working time, cross-operation, etc. various difficulties, with the great support of the Client and by the active cooperation between each department of the Company, from the project organization design, equipment delivery to construction and installation, and then the commissioning and operation etc. various stages, all having pulled together, where the working procedures up and down coordinated very well, interacted seamless, and accomplished each task.

The successful commercial operation of the two projects have laid a solid foundation for further expansion of Sinoma EC in India and South Asia.
